Prescribe’s resident barista Anais is one of the most important members of the team, fueling staff, doctors and patients with coffee and delicious sweet treats at the Drowsy Mother Cafe. Prior to joining the Prescribe team Anais was the head barista at a French patisserie and worked in the hospitality industry for more than six years. Anais is positive, cheerful and happy to lend a hand whenever needed. She is currently expanding her knowledge base studying a Diploma in Beauty Therapy and Diploma in Screen and Media.
