Kym has been an integral member of the Prescribe team since its early days and is always willing to help with anything thrown her way. Kym has over 30 years administration experience with a background in business and financial management. Kym’s organisational skills, friendly and helpful attitude allow her to contribute, share ideas and expertise with both clients and staff.

With a strong business acumen and experience across a variety of specialties, Matt enjoys the challenge of implementing systems that will improve productivity and performance within a practice. He thrives in a fast-paced environment and highly values exceptional customer care and service.

Jasmine has come to Prescribe with five years’ experience in medical administration. Starting in orthopaedics, she branched out into plastic surgery and reconstruction. She is very organised and a perfectionist, and loves the diverse nature of working in virtual medical.
Megan has worked within the medical industry for over 30 years. Megan is incredibly organised and has a real eye-for-detail. She is compassionate and caring, and loves nothing more than providing personalised care for patients through their medical journey.
With experience as an assistant manager and accounts manager of a private allied health clinic Jess is well-equipped to focus on Prescribe’s accounts and billings department. She has an eye for detail, is friendly, approachable and helpful.
With a background in both writing and medical administration, Annelise loves being able to utilise both of these skills in a virtual setting. Having previously worked for a variety of surgeons, specialists and GP’s in NSW and QLD, Annelise is well equipped to assist NSW specialists establish their private practices.
Despite her young age, Jessica has nine years’ experience in medical administration, having worked in urology, neurology, breast/endocrine, vascular and radiology. Prior to this, she worked in legal administration for a Brisbane law firm.
Originally from South Africa, Karen has a diverse background. She started her career as cabin crew for South African National Airline, and then managed a veterinary practice for eight years. Working as the practice administrator for Prescribe Renal Care for over a year, Karen is organised and efficient, and always willing to lend a hand.
Lisa thrives in the changing world of medical administration with more than 15 years’ experience in the industry. She recently returned to Prescribe after spending the past three years working as a maintenance analyst on one of the largest gas plants in the world in Western Australia. Lisa is adaptable, friendly and compassionate.
Orthopaedics Team Leader
Although Imajene has worked in a variety of surgical specialties for over a decade, her expertise is in orthopaedics. She worked for a Brisbane-based orthopaedic surgeon for five years before starting with Prescribe, and brings with her, a wealth of experience. Imajene thrives in a fast-paced, energetic environment, and is passionate about customer service and patient care.
Lara came to Prescribe with eight years’ experience in medical administration. From her start in the public health sector, Lara moved into medical administration in private hospitals, and then respiratory/sleep, and orthopaedic in private practice. Lara is enthusiastic, helpful and cheerful, with excellent communication skills.
Bel joins Prescribe with over six years of medical administration experience working within both Gastroenterology and Colorectal Surgical practices. She is a great asset working for our gastroenterologists and her kind, friendly and helpful approach means patients are in the best of hands when dealing with Bel.
With six years’ experience in gastrointestinal administration, Katrina is the perfect fit for Prescribe’s gastroenterologists. She understands the needs of both the patients and the specialists, and provides genuine understanding and care in what can be a daunting journey. Prior to medical admin, Katrina studied journalism and worked as a journalist for five years.
Belinda is a real asset to Prescribe with eighteen years of experience in medical billing, typing and administration. She has a background in radiology, orthopaedics, dermatology and urology. Belinda is humourous and kind, and this is evident in the way she assists patients through their medical journey.
Mella comes with 10 years of both clinical and administrative experience in the dental industry and another two years in the medical industry. Mella is an open book, full of ideas and information and prides herself on her efficiency, organisation and exceptional customer service. A gym junky at heart she thrives on the fast pace of the industry, but isn’t afraid to stop and take it all in.
Sandi is an experienced medical administrator with a background in oncology and thoracics. Sandi is an all-rounder and prior to working in the medical industry has admin experience within the construction, real estate, education and the automotive industries. She is helpful, energetic and passionate about patient care.
Susy trained and worked as a Physiotherapist for several years before stopping to raise her family. For the past 4 years she has worked as a Medical Secretary and Practice Manager, predominantly in Orthopaedics. Susy loves a challenge and being able to help patients through what can often be a stressful and confusing time.
Mel joins our team with over 10 years of multi-faceted medical administration experience where she has had experience in Orthopaedics, Radiology, consulting suites and varied roles within a hospital setting. Mel prides herself on providing an efficient and friendly service with a high focus on customer service.
Robert has been in the medical administration world for the past 3 years after learning medical school was not the right fit for him. With experience mostly in Vascular Surgery, he is always keen to broaden his horizons and has been a welcome addition to the team. He is known for his jovial and enthusiastic personality and both clients and patients can’t help but smile when interacting with Robert.
Rose has spent the last few years working within a Pharmacy and has an interest in natural health. Rose is PPM’s Clinic Receptionist, and can be found at a variety of Brisbane locations, with her beautiful smile and friendly personality.
Arlene is a dedicated medical administrator with over twenty + years’ experience within the surgical and specialist health sectors. As an administrator she strives to deliver to all patients the highest level of care and attention, as a colleague, she offers extensive industry experience and has great enthusiasm for medical administration.
Allison has been working in medical administration, reception and transcription for more than 14 years and has gained experience across a variety of specialties. She has worked in private and public hospitals, radiology, day procedure units, and general practice.
After living in London, and working as a medical secretary for eleven years, Sue has joined the Prescribe team. She has been working in the medical industry for seventeen years in medical administration and typing, so combines both of these skills in her role. Sue is empathetic and a good communicator, and strives to provide caring and compassionate patient care.
Kathy has been a valued member of Prescribe’s Transcription team since 2015. With 30+ years of medical transcription experience in a range of specialties including Cardiology and General Medicine, Kathy delivers quality work in a fast and efficient manner!
